Running Maxi PC suite v1.21 on windows 10., however the program doesn't detect the unit when I hook it up to the USB cable.Windows itself detects the device and beeps when plugged in.TS501 running v2.15Any suggestions? -

Remove the SD card from the TS501. Insert the SD card from your tool into your PC card reader. When you have completed updating the SD card, eject the card and place it back in the tool.
